I have always regarded alternative therapies with a lot of scepticism. Panos is a rational man with knowledge that is well grounded, free spirited and with intention towards acceptance and love. After years of conventional therapy, Panos with energy therapy helped me understand and trust: my instincts, my body and the strength and value that exists within us all, as a whole. I wish everyone who reads this text, to give themselves a chance to experience it in the context offered by Panos in order to become peaceful and move on in their lives.
