Mental & psychological wellbeing has been a gradually rising concern in the recent years.
This training is specifically designed to explore the key issues that constitute mental health and wellbeing. It is based on integrative and holistic theories and methods that can be understood and feel relevant to everyone.
During the training participants will have the opportunity to:
- understand the pillars and the obstacles to support a mentally healthy and ‘being well’ life
- define for themselves their own challenges regarding being mentally and emotionally healthy
- acknowledge how their own challenges and the ways they are dealing with them impact on their lives and work
- devise their own ‘being well‘ strategies to implement in their everyday lives
