In a safe & empowering space RP participants are invited to give account of their practice including their challenges, opportunities and successes, ‘gut feelings’ and the individual experiences which are often neglected in favour of objectivity, certainty, biases and truth/facts. This acknowledgment leads to openness, effective dialogue, more confidence and a process of learning and integration that is beneficial to all the members for future best practice.
